3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pawnests is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, VAT, or import duties).
5. Important: Inspection Upon Arrival
To maintain our quality standards and align with our refund policy, please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
