Was skeptical if our picky Heeler would drink out of this but he actually likes it. Bought this to replace a gravity fed plastic water bowl that had to be cleaned frequently. This water fountain has filters and a pump to circulate the water to keep it clean and haven’t experienced any slimy film. Its stainless steel material is durable and looks good as well. Pump is quiet and and the internal light makes the water level easy to see. To me was a great purchase to replace the previous water bowl setups. That being said it is a good value for the money to make sure our Heeler has nice clean water available when wants it.
this is absolutely fantastic, our dogs love and it’s super quiet, can even tell it’s running, and the view window really helps when it’s time to refill
I ordered the water fountain plus a box of filters and an additional pump “just in case”. We’ve had everything for a little over two weeks now and I could not be happier with this product!! I wish I had known about it sooner!! It was super simple to assemble which is good as I’m one of those who tends to toss the directions and then go wait, what? It went together in under 5 minutes. My two Huskies were immediately drawn to it and began drinking almost immediately. They’re a bit spoiled and accustomed to cold water from the refrigerator but because the fountain keeps the water flowing, it does stay cool enough my little water snobs haven’t complained. Some reviews stated the fountain is noisy and that it’s bothersome to them. I have found the fountain is completely quiet as long as you keep enough water flowing through it. It does gurgle if it’s low on water…something we discovered at 3am of course. Refills are simple so this really isn’t an issue at all. I did follow the instructions of changing the filters every 2 weeks and then clean the unit and add new filters. I did this yesterday and everything was pretty slimey so going forward, I think we will clean weekly (or perhaps more often) and assess if new filters are needed then or if every 2 weeks is still ok so a bit of a learning curve of what will be best in our multi pet home. Taking the unit apart and cleaning it is super simple as well and in maybe 10 minutes, everything was cleaned, dried, filters replaced, reassembled and refilled with fresh water. Funny side note, one of my Huskies refused to drink from the large bowl that is the bottom of the unit and preferred to give me stink eye until it had been fully reassembled and then she dove in for a drink. Spoiled much?! I have messaged with the seller and found them to be very prompt and attentive as well. My message to them was just a question I had about the filters but they replied within hours of me sending my message. I truly could not be happier with my purchase. It’s well made and a great value for the money.
I have one cat and two big dogs. They all drink out the same fountain. One of my pet is a bull massive dog. He slobber a lot. So I need a fountain that has a large enough bold to accommodate all three of them. So I don’t have to refilled it and clean it every day sometimes two or three times a day. The good thing about this is that it is big enough for all three of them. I don’t have to refill their water supply and clean the balls too many times it would waste water in energy and soap for me to do that. So this fountain is good in that way. It accommodate all three of them. This fountain is also very quiet. I could barely hear the waterfront running. However, the bad thing about this fountain is it’s too flimsy the plastic that houses the filter. It breaks off too easily. I was trying to clean the fountain off, but the plastic broke after I tried to clean it the third time.
This thing is huge!I have not encountered any negative things about this. When the water gets about an inch from the bottom, you will start to see some bubbles and know to fill it back up because that’s where the pump is. It doesn’t completely touch the bottom, but how would we expect it to go that low anyways? I don’t have to change out the water for my seven cats for a full week. I’ve had it for a couple of months and I don’t have clogging issues. The water never gets disgusting or pink.
works well, dogs like it
Our pets are in love
My animals love this thing and so do i
great I dont have to add water every day
nice but dont like the fact that filters have to changed so often
MY dog loves her Fountain Water Bowl! I have found that this has increased her water intakes. It was easy to put together, Stays clean, It also has a window to view the water level with a light. So far it works like a champ. Due to some reviews, I did order an replacement water pump just in case I need it down the road. Regardless of my opinion, the opinion that counts is my dogs, and she loved it!
This is massive! It’s too large to fit in one side of a standard double sink it does hold just under2 gallons of water pump worked as soon as it was plugged in the design is good, time will tell on ease of use
Large fountain and stainless steel no less. Needed for all pet parents, and big enough for any larger sized pets. It has a good sound to it, and you don't hear it on the other side of the house. Just put the water in the tank after a quick wash, and let the fountain do its job. Very easy to just pull apart all the pieces and then clean when you need it. Great appearance with the rest of the house, easy to hide within the furniture. There is a small light to see how much water is left. Great value for the item you are getting.
While this waterproof is great and both my dogs and cats like it, I have yet to figure out how to claim the free filters the company offers. I go to website stated and nothing. Fustrating to say the least. Would I recomend the waterer, yes I would. Now if only I can keep my cat from washing his paws in it......
Love this stainless steel pet water fountain! It’s sturdy, hygienic, and super easy to clean. The water flows quietly, and my pet started drinking more right away. The large capacity is perfect, and it looks sleek instead of bulky. Definitely a high-quality fountain that’s worth it — highly recommend! 🐾💧
We belong to a cat rescue group and have 15 cats in our home. We bought 4 cat water fountains which our cats love but they drank so much water that we were cleaning and refilling them almost daily so we looked for a larger fountain and found this one. It worked out great! The cats love it and we don’t have to clean and refill daily. Highly recommend to give your cats or dogs fresh clean water and they drink more which is good for them.
Made of stainless steel, and it is very durable. Easy to use. Worth the money. Pets love the fresh water they can drink from the top of the water fountain. Works for cats also. Quiet operation unless low on water. I like that it has a light on the pump, and a window where you can view the water level to keep it full for your pets.

My Golden Retrievers love this water fountain. I bought the extra large version. My cats also drink out of the water fountain. It is quiet and stainless steel. I can put a base into the dishwasher and it can be sanitized. I thought this might be a gimmick. However, I feel it is a fantastic purchase. I may buy a smaller one for my cats! This really is a high-quality functional product that I know will keep my dogs, food, clean, aerated, and fresh for them to drink. Very pleased with this purchase my Dogs also took a minute to investigate it and then they were able to figure out exactly how to use this. Absolutely easy set up and I would purchase it again.

Pros-- I don't have to refill water for about 24 hours- Keeps 3 dogs happy- Fresh clean water- I don't have to clean water bowl and refill 3x- 4x a dayCons--I was hoping they would have water for about 48 hours, meaning we could go out of town and the dogs would be good- So the fill line is off, if you actually put the lid on with the water hitting the fill line it would over fill, water on the floor- At least 3 inches of water is still in the pan, spiket stops cycling water- a bigger pan is needed, the dimensions stated would actually be inaccurate, due to the fill linesOverall I would recommend this product. It makes life easier and it gets the water clean for my dogs.
Love this water fountain but have a few issues. I would buy again and don't regret buying it though. It lasts my dog who drinks an insane amount of water about 3 days. It is quiet when full, but when it is running low it is noisy, which could be a plus for knowing when to refill. The main thing that I don't like is that it is really difficult to refill because you have to lift the lid off and it doesn't drain easily. So I get water all over my floor when I take the lid off to change it and clean it. It is really easy to clean and stays clean with the filter, even when my dog was blowing her coat. Additionally, it doesn't use all of the water before running out of water. When I take off the lid there is still about 2 inches of water at the bottom even though it needs to be refilled, so I wish it would use all of the water. One so it was easier to carry to clean, and two because I wouldn't have to refill it as often. It was easy to assemble and came with a good amount of filters and you can get free filters from the company that makes it.
