For flere katte tjek hver 3-5 dag.
Fjern globussen og vask med varmt vand og kæledyrssikker sæbe. Tør grundigt inden genmontering. Rens i dybden hver 2-4 uge.

If you are looking to buy this product, don’t. I would like apologize in advance for the long review, however I believe it is worth a read.I purchased this product in July 2024 for around $500. It is selling today for $380. That should tell you a lot right there but I would like to share my terrible experience with this product and Nekasa’s customer support. I have had nothing but problems with this machine since it was purchased just under 2 years ago. ( I’ve only been able to effectively use it as intended for about a year and a half because every time I have to contact customer support support I end up emailing back and forth for months online end before anything gets resolved if it ever does.)1. My first issue came into play shortly after purchasing. The entire assembly is made of cheap plastic and is. It designed well. It is pieces out together with seams. The rubber litter tray is not secured tightly to the box, and if your cat pees on the side of the bin area, the urine will leak through the seams and down into the base of the machine. The machine after just under 2 years of use smells horrendous. After contacting the support email about this issue their solution was to send me the flimsy silicone stickers that they sell because they know their product is not quality and is not assembled in the best way possible.2. As a result of the problem listed above and the waste disposal method of this machine, there will be litter that accumulates in the door area causing the door to grind terribly, get stuck, and even become misaligned. I have had to deep clean this machine once a week to keep it functional due to this issue. If the doors become misaligned, you have to disassemble the entire base to clean it and reassemble it again. This requires you to have and extra long necked screw driver to be able to reach down into the holes where the tiny screws are located, unscrew about 20 screws (Hope you don’t lose some), deal with a smell worse than a dive bar’s men’s urinal when the AC is out, and try to clean all the loose litter and urine out of the sensitive electronics and all the nooks and crannies this machine has. Oh, and better try and put it all back together exactly as it came apart because if you don’t, you won’t know until it’s fully reassembled ( there’s no other way to test it). If you don’t, you get to play with the tiny screws and the smell again.3. The litter issue above will cause the door gear to break. That is also made out of cheap plastic. The teeth have broken on me twice and I have had to replace this gear twice. The inside of the base is nothing but exposed electrical panels and loose wires. The only water proofing is the small amounts of silicone around the wire connections. Not great considering urine leaks through the whole machine. You will have to break the waterproofing the replace the gear motor assembly without breaking the other wires near by or the electrical panel. I even found some unconnected wires in my box when opening it up to clean or replace parts.4. I most recently had the panic span my phone and email with a weight sensor error. When trying to reset the weight sensor it tells me I need to update the firmware, but I can’t update the firmware without clearing the weight sensor error. Had to reach out to support again, and their solution was to pick it up off the floor for 5 seconds, set it back down and drag it back and forth across the floor. As you guessed, this did nothing. They told me that the machine was out of warranty and that I would need to pay $250 for a new base. (This would bring the total spent on Theo box to $750- should’ve bought a litter robot for that price). After arguing with them for a month, they finally agreed to send me a new base for free ( the least the could do after so many issues from the start). I opening the new base today to find that they sent me a USED base. They didn’t clean it thoroughly and there is still dirty litter and litter dust all of their machine. It is cracked, covered in scratched, and missing legs. Redistributing used parts of a product that handle animal feces is abhorrent. This could lead to the transfer of diseases and bacteria. This should not be allowed.Needless to say, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. You will waste your time, money, and sanity. Customer support wants nothing but your money, and does not take care of their customers. One of the worst experiences I have ever had as a consumer.I hope this review and pictures saves others from going through this experience.

I absolutely love this product. I’ve always hated cleaning the litter box, and this really makes that chore feel like… well, barely a chore anymore 😄Setup was quick and easy, and I was up and running in no time. I was a little concerned about whether my kitten would actually use it—but my little guy jumped right in and felt comfortable immediately (I think using some of his existing litter helped 🐾).He’s still a bit curious about the cleaning cycle, but I was really impressed to see that the unit automatically stops if he tries to jump in while it’s running. That safety feature is a huge relief and works exactly as advertised 🙌From a size standpoint, it is on the larger side, but it fits nicely in a standard closet if you want to keep it tucked away. The included mat is high quality, and overall the unit feels very sturdy and well-built 👍A couple areas for improvement (mostly app-related):📶 It only connects to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, so I had to set one up specifically for it (since most homes run 5 GHz).🐱 The app doesn’t do a great job identifying individual pets—it just logs activity as a generic “cat” entering/exiting even if you defined your pet. That said, even with those minor drawbacks, I’m overjoyed with this product. It’s definitely a premium price point, but in my opinion, it’s absolutely worth the investment 💯

Really like this and my friend said she used to have the litter robot and apparently it’s much bigger than this. I will say that it isn’t full proof for smells, but I just bought a $80 air purifier and put it in the bathroom and now it’s perfect. It’s like I don’t have a cat and the bathroom never smells only when the cat just pooped. It lasts about a week before I have to clean it.One thing that bothers me is that once it’s ready to be cleaned it curls up into itself and your cat can’t use it even if the top tray is clean and the cat could technically use it, I don’t use the app so I don’t track when it needs to be cleaned until the light comes on, but I notice it needs to be cleaned every Friday so I just do it thirsdays. Also I swear I have it on the manual setting where I have to press it to clean, but sometimes it does it automatically which is fine now but very annoying when I was teaching my cat to use it. She was new to my house and 6 years old and needless to say she did not appreciate watching her litter box start flipping everywhere hahaha, but I really like it. I read good Reddit reviews and I’m glad I got this! And like I said, life hack just have an air purifier, it’s pretty crazy how long having a cat has come. I never have to scoop and myHouse never smells. It’s pretty cool. One other thing since it’s so high she doesn’t use the steps so she jumps over the steps and litter does go everywhere but I did get a vacuum and it’s worth it bc let’s be honest litter goes everywhere in a normal litter box. At least this litter isn’t from them digging

Where has this been all my life?!?

I have used every self cleaning litter box out there - the common manual ones where you have a sifting tray or you roll the litter box over to not so common which looked like some kind of dump truck system you had to crank. I’ve also used all the electric ones - the rakes, the rollers, the washing litter - there isn’t a system I haven’t tried. If I wanted to depress myself I’d take a picture of the pile of money sitting in my garage in self cleaning cat box form. So many tried, so many failed. Either they were too complex, they made a huge mess, the smell was awful, they were a pain to empty, they were a pain to clean, just stopped working, they took up massive amounts of space, or the cats refused to use them. Or some combination of all of the above. But I am an inherently lazy person who loves cats and a good gadget, so when I saw this new self-cleaning box I was overcome with a Gollum like desire to own one. This would surely be the self-cleaning cat box of my dreams.Shockingly, it almost is. You still have to empty a drawer once a week or so - the poop doesn’t magically disappear - but in the month I’ve owned it, I’ve been more than pleased with the purchase. It’s very easy to set up. You just put the legs on. They’ve done proper design - you can only insert the posts in the correct place. You download the app and follow the very clear directions for pairing the box with your phone. You add your cats in the app by weight - the box will do an exact weight later, so you can just take a guess at the moment. And that’s it.There’s tons of options for set up on the box - you can turn the sound on or off, there’s a kitten mode, you can set up the time between use and clean or if you just want it to run at certain times, and a quiet time where it won’t run at all.My cats were a tad suspicious of the box that moved on its own as you can see from the picture. I didn’t run it on auto at first. I’d track when they used it - you can tell when the cats were just looking in the box and when one actually got in. And based on the length of time in the box, you could also tell if the used it or were just checking it out. Then I ran it only when I was in the room too. After about a week I started using the app to run it when I was in the next room. So the cats could hear it start and go check and see I wasn’t concerned. After a couple days of that, I put it on auto. Because the app allowed me to see they were using the box like normal, I didn’t have to worry they’d boycotted the box and found a corner in a closet. The white cat is still highly suspicious and convinced there’s a critter in there she might need to kill (she’s a mighty indoor only hunter) so she’ll check around the box while it’s running. When she tries to look in the box during the cycle, it stops and waits until she’s finished examining everything and then will continue after she’s been clear 10 seconds. It also moves very slowly and in short stages which alleviates any concern that one of them might get caught somehow.Because of the white cat’s abiding suspicion, she often digs in the litter to see if there’s something hiding in there after the cycle runs, pulling litter out of the box. But a handy mat was included with the box that allows the litter to fall into it and you can just dump it back into the box without worrying about tracking it everywhere.I can also tell by looking at the app that she will only use the box when there is light in the bathroom, so I’ve started leaving the bathroom light on for her and get her a little night light by the box. It’s really nice to be able to track things like that. The app will also tell you when the waste bin is full. With two cats that’s about every 5-6 days. The drawer is easy to access and the bags are easy to replace. You just want to make sure you don’t trap air under the bag or the box might register the bin full before it is.It doesn’t take up much more space than a regular box and you can put it really close to the wall. There are only two issues I have with the box. One is the height. My striped cat has stumpy legs and needs a small step to get in the box. The step you can buy from them is crazy expensive for what it is. The other is the bags provided for the bin don’t shut fully after they’re full. I have to put the full bin bag in another small trash bag so I can tie it closed to keep the smell down. But neither issue is overly onerous to deal with, so I’m not put out. Certainly not a big deal compared to all the positives. Is it expensive? Yes. I got mine during Prime Days and there was a good discount, but it’s still pricy. However, it totally delivers on keeping the litter box clean and the cats happy while being very easy to use. I’d make the purchase again in a heartbeat.

Perfect. Worth every penny, even their bags.

UPDATE: it started to say the bag wasn’t in place and than all heck broke loose and all the lights started flashing and it wouldn’t clean. I’m on day 5 of no litter box (this one) it replaced about 6/7 of my litter boxes so this is a pain in the butt. BUT customer service was very quick to answer and send me over the broken part to replace. We will see how fast it comes. Still five stars, just a little annoyed at myself for removing so many normal litter boxes and only counting on an electric one.Only took two days to receive new bottom replacement piece so that was wonderful. Customer service is great and I will still be buying another one but I will be keeping a few litter boxes still.ORIGINAL:I have ten cats. So I have ten litter boxes that I clean twice a day. I’ve researching these for a while now and came to the conclusion that this is the best of the best for my cats. The Prime day deal on this was way too amazing to pass up. My cats took to it immediately. They aren’t even touching their normal ones anymore. So I just keep up with the litter which I add some every morning and switch the bag as well every morning. I could go a day or two longer without switching I’m sure but I have no interest in the smell and I have enough cats that luckily I’m not wasting bags. There is zero smell. I ordered a shark pet odor air purifier (again CRAZY deal on that too!), it hasn’t showed up yet and honestly I’m not even worried about it. The litter boxes are up stairs in a room with ventilation and this box is under the stairs in a play closet set up for the cats, which is in my living room (I thought for sure I’d be moving it upstairs to the litter box room because I can not stand the smell of litter) and it doesn’t smell. I also use Tidy Cats free & clean. Best litter I have ever used. You literally can not tell I have cats. So that litter with this box is top notch. I will be eventually ordering two more.I forgot to add that the app is really great too. It will let you know if there is enough litter in the box. How full the litter bin is. You can set it up to your liking. It tells you how long your cat was in there for and how much you cat weighs You can make a profile for each cat so it tracks their potty habits. I have too many cats to sit here and set that up.****Update after three days of owning this, all 10 cats pretty much only use this. With 10 cats I change the bin every 24 hrs because it is full. As stated above, I hope to eventually purchase at least two more.Update***** it’s now next month. And yes, I am dedicated to letting people know what’s up lol. This is the best. I take it apart once a month to give it a good scrub. The things where all the litter goes, those unscrew so that you can get a great clean on this thing. Also as it’s cleaning the box, I like to take a rag to it as it’s cleaning itself because I’ve noticed ‘stuff’ can get on it. I’m still obsessed. As are my cats. I’ve been able to remove five normal litter boxes from upstairs. They barely use the five up there anymore. They’re OBSESSED with this box. I really need to get another one. Worth absolutely every single penny and could not possibly be a happier 10 kittie owner household.UPDATE: I’ve had this for a few months now and it is amazing. I take it apart and wash it twice a month, I change the bag everyday (I have to with so many) and still no smell. I never had to move the litter box from the main floor because I can’t smell it. My cats all still love it. I do recommend only using their bags. I tried a garbage bag when I ran out and you can then smell the dirty litter. So their bags are worth every penny in my opinion. I still plan to purchase two more in the future.
